Finished a lovely weekend celebrating my Mum’s birthday with a delicious meal out.

Thinly sliced smoked salmon is artfully arranged on a speckled plate, garnished with dollops of cream, fresh pea shoots, and thin cucumber slices. A grilled steak is served with thick-cut fries in a silver cup, charred tomato slices, and a side of mixed greens on a white plate. A dessert plate features a slice of chocolate cake topped with crumbled chocolate and a scoop of vanilla ice cream on the side.
